1. Download and install a recent Dolphin Emulator release (version 5.0-15407 or newer) from the official website. Run Dolphin Emulator at least once before proceeding to ensure that all required folders are generated.

2. Download the mod from here. Extract the accf_deluxe and riivolution folders, then move them directly to Dolphin's Load/Riivolution directory. On a Windows computer, this folder is usually found in %appdata%/Dolphin Emulator. After that, Dolphin's Riivolution directory should look like the layout shown in the image.

3. In Dolphin, right-click on Animal Crossing: City Folk and select Start with Riivolution Patches... A window will pop up, allowing you to configure your patches. Set City Folk Deluxe Core to Enabled. If you prefer to play with a Classic Controller, enable the corresponding option as well. Make sure that no other hacks are enabled to avoid conflicts! Then, press Start to launch the game.

4. Animal Crossing: City Folk Deluxe is now ready to play. Enjoy!
